Pyrowerkz — a lightweight, flexible fire-protection insulation sheet that encapsulates individual cells to delay and mitigate propagation between them.

The problem: one cell should not take the pack

A cell entering thermal runaway vents intense heat and can ignite its neighbours, cascading into a whole-pack event and defeating evacuation time. EV OEMs, pack integrators and energy-storage makers need a barrier that sits between cells and slows that chain reaction.

How Pyrowerkz helps: the flexible sheet encapsulates individual cells and reduces the heat transferred to adjacent cells during an event, while remaining non-flammable and low-smoke. Consistent with the research, we present it as delaying and mitigating propagation — not guaranteeing prevention. Sheet sizes are customisable to your pack.
