What it is
Matwerkz Thermally Conductive Compounds are specially formulated to be effective in conducting heat isotropically or directionally while being electrically insulative. Grades with high melt flow, low abrasiveness and excellent chemical resistance are available — for heat-sink housings, gap fillers and molded heat-spreaders.
