EV & Electronics Thermal Management
Move heat where you want it, buffer it where you cannot add a fan or a pump. Our compounds give EV power electronics and modules passive thermal control — including a dual-mode material that turns insulating on overheat.
Thermal control without added power
Sealed and space-constrained electronics often cannot take a fan or a liquid loop. Our thermally conductive compounds move heat toward a sink while staying electrically insulative, and Thermorphous FX25 adds a passive, powerless buffer that conducts in normal use and insulates on overheat. The result is thermal control built into the part itself — for EV inverters and ECUs, power modules and industrial electronics.

Thermorphous FX25 conducts below 120 °C, insulates above, survives to 1000 °C — no power, no fan.
