Fire Protection & Insulation Coatings
Coatings, panels and putties that protect battery packs, electronics, steel and structures from fire and heat — non-flammable, low-smoke, and rated up to 1500 °C.
One material family, engineered for heat and flame
Fire and heat protection is substrate-specific: a battery pack, a structural steel beam and a hot process line each fail differently. Our coatings range lets you match the substrate, the temperature ceiling and the form factor — from a sprayable water-based coating to a moldable putty that seals an irregular penetration. All grades are non-flammable and engineered for low toxic-smoke emission. Technical datasheets (TDS) are available on request.
The range
Pyrowerkz
A lightweight, flexible fire-protection insulation sheet that encapsulates individual battery cells to contain heat during thermal runaway. Non-flammable, low-smoke, customisable sizes.
View productThermorphous S-T-02
A water-based fire-protection and insulation coating rated to withstand up to 1500 °C. Sprayable on metal, concrete, wood, fabric and plastic. Packs: 1, 5, 20 and 200 kg.
View productSF203
A water-based polyurethane fire-resistant coating providing thermal insulation up to 1200 °C, with strong adhesion to metal, ceramic and plastic. Packs: 5, 20, 200 kg.
View productS201
A multifunctional coating that conducts heat efficiently below 150 °C — even over insulating plastics — then transforms into a thermal barrier above it. Packs: 5, 20, 200 kg.
View productThermawerkz
A rigid, ultra-thin thermal-protection panel that maintains integrity up to 1000 °C — for critical components where there is almost no space for insulation.
View productThermorphous S-F series
A solvent-free, fire-resistant moldable putty that withstands above 1500 °C, conforms to intricate shapes and hardens when cured — for sealing penetrations.
