Steer heat, do not just spread it
In dense electronics you often need to channel heat along a specific path rather than spread it uniformly. Our thermally conductive compound (8515-4P5-ZZE, a thermoconductive PPS) can be tuned to conduct isotropically or directionally, while remaining electrically insulative and chemically resistant — enabling molded heat-spreaders, gap fillers and heat-sink housings. Supplied in 25 kg bags.
