Hot pipes and vessels waste energy, burn personnel on contact, and — when wrapped in traditional insulation — trap moisture that drives corrosion under insulation (CUI). A thin insulating coating bonds directly to the asset, cuts the surface to a touch-safe temperature, saves heat energy, and removes the moisture gap that causes CUI. Hot-pipe insulation is a named application for S-T-02; SF203 adds coverage to 1200 °C.
